Russian Beet & Potato Salad
Ingredients
110 gr egg
1 potato
1 beets
200 gr green peas
32 gr carrots
180 ml yogurt
1 gr salt
1 gr black pepper
2 ml cider vinegar
6 scallions
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Cover, refrigerate to chill, and serve on a bed of lettuce or cabbage leaves.
