Russian Cheese Babka

Ingredients

4 gr vanilla extract
110 gr butter
45 gr candied cherries
240 ml l curd cream style cottage
40 gr golden raisins
32 gr candied pineapple
100 gr sugar
32 gr almonds
6 gr fine orange peel
6 gr lemon peel

Instructions

Combine first 7 ingredients, beat until smooth. Mix in remaining ingredients. With a moistened piece of cheescloth line a clean flower pot whole. Put in mix and put on a rack to drain in refrigerator overnight or longer. Unmold and garnish with candied cherries. Shared By: Pat Stockett
