Russian Meatloaf

Ingredients

1 turkey
60 gr onion
14 gr butter
2 eggs
120 gr swiss cheese
55 gr dry bread crumbs
3 gr parsley
10 ml worcestershire sauce
2 gr garlic powder
1 gr salt
1 gr pepper
1 package pillsbury french bread dough

Instructions

Brown meat and onion in butter or margarine (or use cooking spray). Drain excess oil. Remove from heat. Add all ingredients except for half of the cheese and the bread dough. Mix thoroughly. (If desired, freeze in 4 cup container.) When ready to prepare, preheat oven to 350. Unroll bread dough onto greased cookie sheet. Shape (thawed) filling into loaf on dough. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Pull dough over meat and seal edges.

Bake at 180ÂșC or 30 minutes.
