Russion Jewish Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients

some meat misture on leaf
1 head of cabbage
1 onion
6 carrots
3 stalks celery
1 gr salt
350 ml tomato juice
425 gr hamburger
2 slices bread
1 egg
60 ml water
2 packages tomatoes
200 gr sugar
4 lemons
200 gr sugar in skille to cabbage roll mixture

Instructions

This recipe says sauce pan but I used a 33 cm cake pan. It doesn't specify degrees, so I picked 350. ??? The cake pan holds the rolls and then the carrots and celery can be decorative by laying them horizontally, alternating. It makes a pretty dish. And it is good. Well worth the effort.
