Rutabaga Pudding

Ingredients

1 rutabagas
16 gr fine breadcrumbs
16 ml milk
9 gr melted butter
3 gr salt
4 gr sugar
1 l egg

Instructions

Clean, peel and cube the rutabaga, and cook in boiling water until tender, then drain. Mash thoroughly; then add all the other ingredients. Put into a 2 litre casserole and bake at 180ÂșC for 1 hour. A pinch of cinnamon or ginger might be added.
