Sadie's Oatmeal Macaroons

Ingredients

250 gr sugar
75 gr butter
1 egg
7 gr vanilla
1 gr almond extract
85 gr flour
28 gr cocoa
9 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
80 ml milk
2 rolled oatmeal up

Instructions

Cream the sugar, butter and egg until light and fluffy. Blend in the vanilla and almond extract. Sift together the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Add to creamed mixture alternately with the milk. Mix well and stir in the oats. Drop by tablespoons on greased baking sheet. Bake in a 180ÂșC oven for dozen to 15 minutes, cool on wire cake rack.
