Saffron Rice And Black Beans
Ingredients
260 gr black beans
475 ml water
1 onion
2 bay leaves
3 garlic
120 gr rice
1 gr saffron threads
3 tomatoes seeded
120 gr sweet onions
45 ml olive oil
16 ml wine vinegar
1 gr cumin
1 gr cayenne pepper
5 gr parsley

475 ml water to a in a saucepan
Instructions
