Salad Of Baby Asian Greens W/ Goat Cheese Croutons

Ingredients

180 ml extra-virgin olive oil
60 ml sherry vinegar
3 gr garlic
16 ml mustard
3 gr thyme
12 slices baguette
120 gr goat cheese log
10 mixed baby asian greens
350 degree oven until crisp
12 rounds

Instructions
