Salad Of Fresh Fava Beans With Pecorino Romano Cheese

Ingredients

some watercress
1,000 gr fava beans
8 shelled
2 shallots
1 lemon
150 ml olive oil
1 head baby lettuce
90 gr pecorino romano cheese
4 salad plates with lettuce

Instructions
