Salisbury Steak With Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients

525 gr round steak
525 gr pork
1 egg
32 gr wheat bread crumbs
1 onion
1 mushroom soup
240 ml milk

Instructions

Combine meat,egg,bread crumbs, onion and seasoning. Shape intopatties.Preheat a skillet to 350 degrees. Place patties in skillet and brownon each side. Mix mushroom soup, salt, pepper and milk together. Pour overpatties. Lower heat to 250 degrees. Cover and cook about 20 minutes or untildone.
