Salisbury Steak With Onion Gravy

Ingredients

150 gr condensed onion soup
700 gr beef
55 gr fine dry bread crumbs
1 egg
1 gr salt
8 gr flour
60 ml ketchup
60 ml water
1 worcestershire
2 ml prepared mustard

Instructions

In bowl, combine one third cup soup with beef, crumbs, egg, salt, pepper. Shape into 6 oval patties. In skillet, brown patties: pour off fat. Gradually blend remaining soup into flour until smooth. Add to skillet with remaining ingredients; stir to loosen browned bits. Cover, cook over low heat 20 minutes or until done. Stir now and then. Serves 6.jmerrill@prodigy.com
