Salmon And Brown Rice Bake

Ingredients

180 gr corn
120 gr salmon
90 gr brown rice
160 ml water
16 gr green onion
2 ml low-sodium chicken broth
1 gr dill weed
28 gr cheddar cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375. In a 1.5 quart casserole, combine corn, salmon, uncooked rice, water, green onions, bouillon granules and dill weed. Cover and bake 30 minutes or until rice is tender. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered, 5 minutes more or until cheese melts.
