Salmon Cheesecake

Ingredients

230 gr buttery crackers
40 gr margarine
2 packages cream cheese
3 eggs
230 ml sour cream
2 chives
1 package salmon
5 ml lemon juice
2 gr garlic powder
1 gr pepper
9 springform
350 oven

Instructions

mixing bowl with electric mixer, combine cream cheese, eggs, and quarter cup of the sour cream; mix until well blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour mixture over crust. Bake in 160ÂșC oven for 45 minutes. Loosen rim of pan; cool before removing rim. Spread top with remaining sour cream. Serve with crackers or French bread.
