Salmon Dip, Ball

Ingredients

3 eggs
150 gr smoked salmon
5 ml vinegar
30 ml mayonnaise
26 gr pimiento

Instructions

salt 1 t. pepper 1 pinch tarragon quarter cup chopped onion 1 T. lemon juice Finely flake smoked salmon. Blend together with remaining ingredients. Shape into ball. Roll in chopped nuts or parsley if desired. Serve with crackers. This salmon ball freezes beautifully.
