Salmon& Rice Balls

Ingredients

290 gr salmon
120 gr rice
55 gr bread crumbs
7 gr onion
6 gr green pepper
3 gr salt
2 eggs
1 package cream of mushroom soup
120 ml water

Instructions

Mix all ingreds except soup & water. Roll misture into small balls; place in shallow baking pan. Cover w/soup & water mixture. Bake 30 mins @ 180ÂșC (180C).
