Salsa Cruda

Ingredients

2 tomatoes
4 tomatillos
2 anaheim chiles
5 green onions
2 jalapeno pepper
2 gr cumin
5 ml lime juice
4 gr sugar
1 cilantro
1 gr black pepper
1 gr sal

Instructions

Makes about 2 cups. In lidded jar, combine all ingredients and marinate for at least one hour. May be stored for about 2-3 weeks in refrigerator.
