San Jacinto Biscuits

Ingredients

500 gr flour
14 gr baking powder
3 gr salt
4 gr sugar
140 gr shortening
425 ml milk

Instructions

Sift flour and the dry ingredients in mixing bowl; add shortening and milk and work with hands on lightly floured board. Roll out and cut with biscuit cutter. Bake at 200ÂșC or 10 to dozen minutes or until brown.

Makes 20 large biscuits.
