Santa Fe Spicy Baked Black Beans

Ingredients

1 onion
16 ml pureed chipotles chiles in adobo sauce
120 ml catsup
120 ml tomato juice
28 gr dark brown sugar packed
1 1/2 tomato seeded
60 ml cider vinegar
60 ml wine vinegar
60 ml molasses
2 ancho chiles softened in
240 ml water
1,400 gr black beans
2 cilantro
16 gr green onions
1 sour cream
950 ml saucepan over high hea when
14 gr chipotle puree
1 tomato
2,100 gr casserole
120 ml more water if mixture is too
1 serve in warm corn tortillas if desired

Instructions
