Satay-style Beef With Broccoli
Ingredients
some oil
450 gr market steak
16 ml dark soy sauce
4 gr shrimp paste
6 gr cornstarch
20 ml rice wine
170 gr chinese broccoli
240 ml peanut oil
240 ml chicken stock
2 ml satay sauce
10 ml chili bean sauce
4 gr sugar
2 ml water
16 ml oil to the wok
45 ml chicken stock
Instructions
stir to mix well. Serve with the warm broccoli.
