Sauerkraut

Ingredients

1 onion
55 gr butter
2 3/4 sauerkraut
40 gr tomato puree
1 russet potato
1/2 bulgur
1,100 gr rich chicken
4,500 gr pot

Instructions

Add potatoes, bulgur and stock and cook 15 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with slight green pepper and parsley.
