Sausage 3

Ingredients

525 gr coarse pork
1 kg
1 tbls coarse fennel buy seeds
2 bay leaves
1 tbls parsley
3 garlic
1 gr pepper flakes
3 gr salt
1 gr pepper
65 ml water

Instructions

1. Mix all the ingredients carfully, let stand for 1 hour, and mix again.

2. Stuff into casings or fry plain.
