Sauteed Bok Choy W/ Cashew Sauce

Ingredients

60 gr cashews
60 ml vinegar
60 ml water
50 gr sugar
60 ml soy sauce
16 gr ginger
3 ml tabasco sauce
4 gr basil
2 gr mint
1 1/2 bok choy
80 ml peanut oil
1 long

Instructions

until hot but not smoking. Add bok choy and cook, stirring briskly, for 1.5 to 2 minutes, until it is bright green and well seared. Remove from heat, drape with cashew sauce and serve at once. Yield: 4 servings.
