Sauteed Chicken In Cream Sauce�

Ingredients

2 chicken breasts split
28 gr parkay margarine
100 gr celery
1 slice onion thinly
1 gr pepper
1 gr basil leaves finly
1 gr chervil leaves
1 gr thyme leaves
60 ml dry wine
230 ml philadelphia brand cream
80 ml milk
140 gr noodles
3 color corkscrew

Instructions

Cut chicken into strips... Melt margarine in a large skillet, and add chicken, vegetables, and seasonings... Cook over med. heat for 10 min. until chicken is tender, stirring occasionally... then add 2 tb of wine and simmer for 5 min...
