Sauteed Eggplant

Ingredients

1 eggplant
1 gr salt
10 ml oil
3 gr chili powder

Instructions

Cut eggplant into slices 1 cm thick. Sprinkle with salt & let sit for half hour. Rinse, squeeze & pat dry. Saute in oil till soft, adding more oil if you need it. Place on paper towels. Serve sprinkled with hot chili powder if desired.
