Sauteed Spinach And Red Peppers

Ingredients

5 ml olive oil
5 ml olive oil
2 bell peppers
2 slices garlic
1 gr pepper flakes
250 gr steamed spinach
1 gr salt

Instructions

Sprinkle with salt. Increase heat to medium-high and cook, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Each half cup serving provides: half FA and 2V.
