Savory Lamb Kabobs

Ingredients

1 leg of lamb
120 ml soy sauce
120 ml wine vinegar
240 ml vegetable oil
6 garlic
20 gr sugar
2 gr pepper
2 green peppers
18 cherry tomatoes
18 onions

Instructions

Remove fell (tissue-like covering) from leg of lamb; cut meat into 3 cm cubes, and set aside. Combine soy sauce, vinegar, oil, ggarlic, sugar, and pepper. Add lamb; cover and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Remove meat form marinade, reserving marinade. Alternate meat and vegetables on skewers.
