Savory Seafood Custard

Ingredients

4 egg whites
30 ml fish sauce
10 gr ginger
16 gr green onion
4 clams in shells
60 ml water
1 clam in
4 custard
3/4 size
2 deep
60 gr liquid from clams
60 ml water
10 ml fish sauce
1/4 mixture
1 1/2 wide

Instructions

a clam doesn't open, discard it and cook another.) Use clams warm or cool. Reserve quarter cup of the cooking liquid.
