Savory Shrimp

Ingredients

4 slices bacon
1 stalk celery
2 slices onions
4 green peppers
1 clove garlic
3 no
2 cans okra
2 packages tomatoes
120 ml catsup
1 package beer
250 gr shrimp
475 gr rice

Instructions

Cook bacon; reserve. Saute celery, onions, green peppers and garlic in bacon fat until soft. Drain okra; add with tomatoes, catsup and beer. Simmer till thick. Add shrimp and bacon. Heat well.
