Savory Wild Rice Dinner Muffins

Ingredients

240 gr wild rice pancake
20 gr parmesan cheese
1 italian seasoning
2 gr garlic powder
1 egg
30 ml am unrefined vegetable oil
350 ml milk
1 gr sea salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 200ÂșC . Stir dry ingredients together. Beat liquids together in a separate bowl. Add dry mixture to liquids and stir well. Divide into dozen oiled muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes or until done.
