Savory Zucchini Bread
Ingredients
some garlic
1 biscuit mix
1 onion
1 gr salt
1 gr seasoned salt
1 gr oregano
40 gr parmesan cheese
1 pepper
3 gr parsley
120 ml vegetable oil
4 eggs
375 gr zucchini
Instructions
Mix all ingredients, adding zucchini last after other ingredients are well mixed. Bake at 180ºC for 25 minutes in a greased 13x9x2-inch pan.
