Scallops And Black Beans
Ingredients
1 onion
1 green bell pepper
1 bell pepper
16 ml olive oil
375 gr scallops
2 garlic
1 zucchini
1/2 lime
475 gr black beans
280 gr baby corn
34 gr salsa
1/2 ans sliver
10 ml oil
5 ml oil in nonstick skillet
Instructions
Continue to cook just long enough to heat through. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot. Pass extra salsa at the table.
