Screwball Cake

Ingredients

375 gr flour
800 gr sugar
45 gr cocoa
4 gr salt
10 ml soda
160 ml oil
30 ml vinegar
12 gr vanilla
475 ml water boiling
95 gr shortening
95 gr chocolate unsweetened
160 ml milk
3 holes
1 liquid

Instructions

ingredient. Pour boiling water over all and mix well. Bake at 190ÂșC for 25-30 minutes. Frost with fudge frosting, made from last 6 ingredients. Heat to rolling boil all but the vanilla. Boil 1 min without stirring. Place pan in ice and water and beat until smooth and spreadable.
