Seafood Dirty Rice

Ingredients

425 gr shrimp
6 gr butter
5 ml vegetable oil
120 ml tomato sauce
7 gr onions
7 gr green bell peppers
4 gr celery
3 gr garlic
3 gr salt
3 gr pepper
2 gr thyme leaves
1 gr cayenne pepper
350 ml basic shrimp stock
120 ml cream
425 gr basic rice
90 gr green onions
140 gr packed
1 pounnd shrimp with shells

Instructions
