Ingredients

250 gr unpeeled shrimp
1,100 ml water
55 gr calorie margarine
32 gr all purpose flour
180 gr low-sodium
240 ml low-fat sour cream
2 jalapeno pepper
1 gr salt
120 gr nonfat cottage cheese
130 gr lump crabmeat
75 gr green
60 gr fat monterey jack cheese
6 corn tortillas
950 ml water to a in a saucepan
120 ml water
180 ml sauce in bottom
2 baking dish coated with cooking spray
3/8 seafood mixture across center of tortilla
60 gr onion
60 ml no salt added tomato juice
18 gr cilantro
1 gr salt

Instructions

combine all ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well. yield : 1.5 cups. ----
