Ingredients

8 scallops
4 pasta pancakes
230 ml ginger-pepper sauce
12 gr ginger root
120 ml marsala wine
55 gr brown sugar
28 ml soy sauce
1 lemon
600 gr rich veal demi-glace
4 ripe kiwis
100 gr sugar
180 ml wine
60 ml water
1/4 cappellini
2 basiil
14 gr green onion
1/2 pimentos
4 eggs
38 gr parmesan cheese
110 gr bread crumbs
9 pie
350 oven
60 ml lemon juice

Instructions
