Seafood Pizza

Ingredients

28 ml pesto sauce
28 ml pizza sauce
16 gr capers
16 gr kalamata olives
2 anchovy fillets
16 gr garlic
3 prawns
3 scallops
32 gr crabmeat
10 gr parmesan cheese
40 gr mozzarella cheese smoked
1 gr parsley
1 lemon zest
1 gr pepper flakes

Instructions

Preheat oven to 260ÂșC with pizza stone. Blend pesto and pizza sauce. Spread sauce over pizza dough. Cover with remaining ingredients. Place on pizza stone in oven and bake until golden brown. Recipe By : Cucina! Cucina!
