Seafood Primavera Pasta Pizza

Ingredients

100 gr vermicelli
55 gr butter
120 gr parmesan cheese
4 gr garlic salt
6 eggs
4 egg yolks
120 gr parmesan
16 ml dry sherry
1 gr pepper
85 gr butter
60 gr green onions
65 gr bell pepper
1 garlic clove
400 gr green giant american
45 gr green giant mushrooms
400 gr seafood
140 gr mozzarella cheese cook vermicelli to desired doneness as directed on
12 pizza
9 with nonstick cooking spray
55 gr melted butter
4 gr garlic salt
4 egg yolks until well blended
1 gr salt and pepper
9 gr butter in skillet over high hea onions

Instructions

seafood mixture. Pour over pasta crust; top with mozzarella cheese. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese melts. Broil for 2 to 4 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes. If desired, garnish whole pizza with cooked butterflied shrimp and fresh basil or garnish individual servings with additional cooked shrimp, scallops and paprika.
