Seasoned Orange Roughy

Ingredients

1 orange roughy
55 gr butter
75 gr dry seasoned bread crumbs
20 gr parmesan cheese
1 gr basil
1 gr oregano
1 gr salt
2 gr garlic powder
30 ml wine
30 ml lemon juice
45 gr mushrooms
32 gr almonds slivered

Instructions

In a 9 x 33 cm pan, melt butter in oven. In a separate pan, combine bread crumbs, cheese, basil, oregano, salt and garlic powder. Dip fish in melted butter, then in crumb mixture. Arrange coated fish in 9 x 33 cm pan. Sprinkle with wine and lemon juice.
