Seed Cake

Ingredients

200 gr sugar
1 egg
110 gr butter
1 stick
240 ml milk
250 gr flour
9 gr baking powder
1 gr salt
4 gr vanilla
40 gr coconut
1 gr caraway seeds
3 gr sesame seeds

Instructions

Cream egg, butter and sugar until fluffy. Add milk and dry ingredients alternately. Bake in moderate oven at 180ÂșC . until golden brown, about half hour if pan is shallow, longer if loaf pan is used. Test with straw. Serves about 8.
