Seed Cookies

Ingredients

600 gr flour
400 gr sugar
1 gr salt
9 gr baking soda
18 gr baking powder
375 gr rounded shortening
180 ml buttermilk
4 eggs
14 gr vanilla
110 gr margarine
130 gr sesame seeds about

Instructions

Sift all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Work in the shortening like pie crust. Add buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well, mixture will look like pie crust. Let margarine stand at room temperature until soft. Work into the above mixture with your hands. Roll portions of dough to size desired. Cut and roll in sesame seeds. Bake at 180ÂșC or 15 minutes.
