Sesame-amaranth Cake
Ingredients
95 gr am amaranth flour
95 gr am unbleached flour
7 gr non-alum baking powder
32 gr sesame seeds
32 gr am sesame seeds
1 gr sea salt
1 egg
120 ml am unrefined sesame oil
120 gr am sesame tahini
45 ml honey
60 ml milk
1 lemon extract
4 gr vanilla
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients and liquid ingredients in separate bowls, then combine and mix well. Press mixture into an oiled and floured 23 cm x 33 cm cake pan. Bake at 180ÂșC . for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly before cutting into small wedges.
