Sesame Chicken Salad

Ingredients

350 gr rice
280 gr chicken breast
95 gr snow peas
1 cucumber
1 pepper
60 gr green onion
16 gr sesame seeds
60 ml chicken broth
16 ml peanut oil
22 gr rice
45 ml soy sauce
5 ml sesame oil

Instructions

Salad: Combine all ingredients; stir well. Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled. Sesame Dressing: Combine all ingredients in jar; cover tightly and shake vigorously. Makes about 0.75 cup.
