Sheila's Apple Pie

Ingredients

1 unbaked
9 pie shell
325 gr sugar
65 gr cornstarch
1 lemon extract
4 gr vanilla
95 gr pancake mix
1 egg
55 gr melted butter

Instructions

Peel and cut up 4 cups apples. Combine apples with 1 cup sugar, cornstarch, lemon extract, and vanilla, pour into shell. Top with mixture of pancake mix, two third cup sugar, egg and melted butter. Bake for 35 minutes at 180ÂșC F. ----
