Sheila's Backyard Bbq Sauce

Ingredients

30 ml vegetable oil
1 onion
4 garlic
1 package tomatoes
350 ml ketchup
240 ml orange juice
90 ml lemon juice
90 ml wine vinegar
120 ml water
60 ml honey
45 gr crystalized ginger
30 ml dark molasses
16 ml worcestershire sauce
18 gr chili powder
6 gr coriander
16 ml dry mustard
3 gr salt

Instructions

seasonings to taste. If the sauce is too thick, add a small amount of water. Cool to room temperature and refrigerate in covered containers for up to two weeks.
