Shisky-Doughnuts

Ingredients

100 gr sugar
475 ml milk
1/4 crisco
2 fl rum
3 gr salt
750 gr flour
2 eggs
1 package yeast
60 ml warm water

Instructions

on clean towel on table until very light, about half hour. Drop into deep hot fat, not boiling, and fry on both sides. Drain on brown absorbent paper. When cool, sprinkle with powered or confectionery sugar. ----
