190 gr flour 220 gr brown sugar 1/4 lard 55 gr butter 120 ml molasses 120 ml water 2 ml soda 1 pastry
Instructions
Make crumbs by combining the flour, sugar and shortening. Line a pie pan with pastry. Dissolve the soda in the hot water and combine with the molasses. Pour into the pastry-lined pan, top with the crumbs and bake at 350-F until firm.
