Shrimp And Cashew Stir

Ingredients

250 gr medijum sized shrimp uncook
40 gr dry cashews
45 ml peanut oil
1 onion
50 gr celery
60 gr mushrooms
1 clove garlic
3 gr cornstarch
30 ml soy sauce
60 ml chicken stock
60 gr spinach
55 gr pea pods

Instructions
