Shrimp Jambalaya

Ingredients

120 gr coarse onion
2 garlic
140 gr sweet green pepper
75 gr celery
4 bacon drippings
5 gr parsley
160 gr smoked ham
1 bay leaf
1 gr crumbled leaf thyme
1 gr cayenne pepper
1 package tomatoes
425 ml water
210 gr converted rice
375 gr shrimp

Instructions

done, and almost all of the liquid has been absorbed. Taste the jambalaya and add the cayenne pepper and salt, if needed. Makes 6 to 8 Servings
