Shrimp & Scallops In Wine Sauce

Ingredients

750 gr shrimp
750 gr bay scallops
55 gr butter
65 gr cornstarch
1,400 ml milk depending
350 ml wine
700 gr rice

Instructions

Cook shrimp and scallops until done; set aside; slowly melt butter in a saucepan adding cornstarch, then milk, stirring constantly; add wine, shrimp and scallops serve over rice. Yield dozen servings. Shared with us by Tony Burke, Cyberealm BBS Watertown NY 315-786-1120
