Shrimp Soup With Caesera Sauce

Ingredients

120 gr shrimp
950 ml chicken broth
1 gr salt
1 gr saffron
1 gr pepper
16 ml water
3 gr cornstarch
7 gr parsley
60 ml caesera sauce
230 gr tomatoes
60 gr onion
1 clove garlic
1 jalapeno chile
1/2 jalapeno chile liquid
1 cilantro
16 ml lemon juice
1 gr oregano leaves
7 ml vegetable oil
240 ml broth
2,800 ml sauce

Instructions

NOTE: Use leftover Casera Sauce for spicing soups to saucing seafood. Casera Sauce is delicious anywhere the zing of cilantro and jalapeno is welcomed.
